LEAD organizer

We are looking for leaders in our company who are people focused, process driven and have a passion for tidy spaces!

As a Lead Organizer, you will lead a small team of Assistant Organizers to declutter, sort, and organize clients' homes and offices. A perfect fit candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, timelines and people while keeping a calm and positive demeanor.


You will be responsible for:
  • Following the Tidyish 3-step system that keeps our projects efficient and enjoyable
  • Meeting with the client before, during and after the session to address their goals and struggles with compassion
  • Overseeing the project and relaying information to the team as areas organized
  • Taking measurements and collaborating with the Project Manager for ordering organizing products
  • Ensuring quality control and that the space is finished to our standards

This position will be based in the Richmond area, and the successful applicant will need to be able to lift 25 pounds and be comfortable with bending, squatting, and standing for long periods of time.

No previous professional organizing experience required! But be ready to share with us your relevant work experience.

Your typical hours would be Monday - Friday 9am-2pm and we are looking for a lead organizer who is available 2-3 days per week.

Assistant organizer

Have you always been the "organized one" in your family or friend group? Is the Container Store your happy place? Does organizing your pantry or playroom make you giddy with excitement? Then Tidyish RVA is looking for you!

We are hiring Assistant Organizers to assist with projects on an as-needed, per-job basis.

As an Assistant Organizer, you will work alongside a Lead Organizer to declutter, sort, and organize clients' homes and offices. This position will be based in the Richmond area, and the successful applicant will need to be able to lift 25 pounds and be comfortable with bending, squatting, and standing for long periods of time.

Pay starts at $20 per hour with opportunities to become a lead organizer. Our typical hours are Monday - Friday 9am-1pm and we are looking for assistants who are available 3-5 days per week.
